Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for ordering from HTFOOTBALL! We know youre excited to receive your custom jersey, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timeline below to understand when you can expect your order to arrive.

1. Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
Since every jersey is custom-made just for you (with your chosen name, number, and national team colors), we need a little time to produce it.

· Production Time: 2–3 business days
  · Note: Production days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Your order will be carefully printed, pressed, and quality-checked during this period.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)
Once your jersey leaves our facility, the delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

· Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days
  · Note: This is an estimate provided by our shipping partners. International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local courier handover, which are beyond our control.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, you can expect:

· Total Time: 10–15 business days
  · (Production: 2–3 days + Shipping: 7–10 days)

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your jersey is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carriers system.

5. Important Notes

· Business Days: All timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and public holidays are not included.
· Customs & Import Fees: For international orders, please note that your country may charge import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
· Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional carrier delays, severe weather, or high order volumes during peak seasons (like major tournaments) may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience!
