Because all our jerseys are made-to-order (customized with your chosen name, number, and national team design), we operate under a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.
1. Customized Products Are Final Sale
Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom printing and heat press), each item is created specifically for the individual customer. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:
· Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart carefully before purchasing).
· "Doesn’t fit" or "Changed my mind."
· The design color looks different on a monitor (we strive to display accurate colors, but screen variations may occur).
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a jersey with a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose stitching, printing error, stains) or if we shipped the wrong item (wrong size, wrong colorway, or misspelled customization), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To report an issue, please email us at yhtpingo@outlook.com with:
· Your order number.
· A clear photo or video showing the defect or error.
· A brief description of the problem.
Once our team reviews the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
3. Order Cancellations
· Before Production: If you need to cancel or modify your order (e.g., correct a typo in the name), please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes if the item has not yet entered the printing/production phase.
· After Production: Once your jersey has been printed and processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Responsibility for Customization Details
Please double-check all customization details (spelling of names, number selection, size, and jersey variant) before submitting your order. We print exactly what is entered at checkout, and we cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer.
5. Shipping Address
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
